Virtually connecting teachers with industry professionals in every classroom. Each session is created by teachers to have volunteers speak about a variety of requested topics. Note that the platform will require creating a free account and a free virtual background check to be completed (conducted by a third party with no cost to the volunteer). We encourage all volunteers to participate in our Virtual DEI Volunteer Orientation held twice in the fall and spring semesters. This virtual volunteer orientation via Zoom will help new, current, and prospective volunteers learn about our mission, the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and your role as the volunteer. Available Orientation sessions will be listed among the events below.
When you sign up to volunteer, our schools are counting on you to attend. If something comes up, we completely understand but if possible please let us know in advance or help find a substitute.
