In partnership with OneKC WIRED, the Kansas City Area Life Sciences Institute  and The Kansas City Metropolitan Healthcare Council, PREP-KC is investing in Kansas City's future by supporting the preparation of a well-prepared and diverse workforce.

More than 150 Kansas City professionals came together for a large-scale initiative that reached into nine large, urban school, which collectively service 7,215 students. Through classroom speakers, workplace tours, job shadowing and other work-based learning experiences, we provided nearly 5,000 student experiences.
