PREP-KC is partnering with The Women's Foundation of Greater Kansas City to improve financial self-sufficiency for Kansas City's girls through better preparation for college and careers. With the support of The Women's Foundation, girls at Kansas City Kansas Public Schools and Kansas City Missouri School District high schools will have access to unique career exploration and college-readiness experiences.
This partnership also will engage a broader network of local professional women in mentoring Kansas City girls. The experiences supported by this grant are designed to support Kansas City girls in completing high school college-ready with post-secondary plans that prepare them for success in life.
