PREP-KC independently analyzes data on critical “measures of success” using district and state data sources. Additionally, PREP-KC collaborates with district partners in using data to drive improvements in student achievement. 

PREP-KC is finalizing a “data dashboard” that will include all of the elements listed below. In the interim, data is already available for certain key measures. To view this data, visit the “Related Results” section of this page. Please check back for a complete data set in the coming months.

Academic Achievement

• State and national test scores
• Graduation rates
• Student attendance
• Student persistence

Post-secondary Preparation

• Percentage of students completing at least one post-secondary visit 
• Percentage of students taking the ACT/SAT
• ACT/SAT scores
• Percentage of students taking community college placement exams before graduating from high school

Career Preparation

• Percentage of students earning college credit while in high school 
• Percentage of students with a minimum of one introductory work-based learning experience (job shadowing, industry informational interview, workplace tour)
• Percentage of students completing career-themed electives 
• Percentage of students completing an internship or capstone work-based learning experience
