So far this school year PREP-KC, in partnership with KCMSD, has provided 25 unique experiences to over 500 KCMSD students including a behind the scenes tour of the Nelson, hands-on exploration of health careers, engineering experiments with professors at UMKC, and so much more. Students walk away from these experiences with new dreams for themselves and a better understanding of how to achieve their college and career aspirations. After a recent experience one student said it best: "I will start believing that anything is possible and knowing that I can get into any career that I desire. I just have to work hard."
