 employees. Alder holds a Master of Arts degree in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology from Park University.

  engineering) from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

Karen Krumme is the Industry Liaison for Biotechnology for OneKC WIRED. Prior to joining the WIRED team, she served as Senior Program Manager for Continuing Education at the University of Kansas where she was responsible for developing and managing biosciences programs, including non-credit short courses, seminars, and conferences for professionals in the biomedical and pharmaceutical industries. She has over twenty years of professional leadership in higher education, economic development and business enterprises. Ms. Krumme received both a Bachelor’s Degree and Education Credential from Missouri Western State University, and a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from the University of Missouri Kansas City.

Charlene Elliott brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to the OneKC WIRED staff.  Her most recent experience is in Human Resources with the primary responsibility of recruiting for hospital positions ranging from clerical and support to professional positions in Allied Health, Nursing, and Pharmacy.  She has worked in a community hospital setting at Providence Medical Center and Saint John Hospital, as well as in the academic settings of the University of Kansas Medical Center and Saint Luke’s Hospital.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baker University.

Anne Johnston is pleased to join PREP-KC as the Arts & Communication Industry Area Liaison.  Upon completion of her master's degree in Theatre History and Dramaturgy at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Johnson moved to Chicago to serve as Education Director at the city's presitious Lookingglass Theatre.  There she also dramaturged for the Lookingglass main stage and stage-managed Chicago's Annual Dream Halowween, a benefit for the Children Affected by Aids Foundation.  Johston returned to Kansas City in 2004 to direct the Continuuing Education Department at the Kansas City Art Institute.  In 2005, she made the move to Starlight Theatre to serve as Director of Educational Programs.
